The buyer is not allowed a refund once I begin work on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start or complete it you will be eligible a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I begin it, you are eligible a full refund.Please note that commissions will be completed within 1-5 weeks (or less) of starting.
